Responsibilities:
• Work closely with usability the development teams and other internal stakeholders to gather and define user requirements, build storyboards, proof-of-concept mockups, demos and prototypes of proposed and planned 1150 Technologies Inc.'s applications and features. He/she will also research, design, implement and test the subsystems.
• Collaborate in the definition of user interface design standards for the company’s applications, to optimize ease-of-use and achieve an integrated and consistent look and feel.

• Evaluate requirements and initial mock-ups; make technology recommendations that support optimal construction, maintenance, and performance

• Modifying, revising and editing project materials as required by the management or the client.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Multimedia Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia/ IT (Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent) with reasonable academic results.
• At least 2 years of experience in web design / development, with specific expertise with web-based applications
• Fluency with web standards and technologies, including: CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JSP, XUL, XAML, ASP.NET and .Net 3.5
• Knowledge of usability and coding practices for accessibility
• Strong web graphics production capability and practioner experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver and other mockup tools
• Experience with methodologies such as Iterative and Agile development
• Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and as a presenter
• Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
• Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-based prototypes under tight time constraints
