Qualifications
•Must be graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Experience is a plus but not required
•Must be proficient in Window based systems such as Microsoft EXCEL, Microsoft WORD and Microsoft POWERPOINT etc. (experience of Quickbooks is a plus)
•Must be motivated, efficient, accurate, detail-oriented, hardworking, fast learner and dynamic team player
•Must possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities
•Must possess good communication skills
•Must be willing to travel and be assigned to Nueva Vizcaya from time to time
Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will help the Accounting Department perform its day-to-day activities, including but not limited to the following:
•Assist in updating computerized accounting system, including monitoring of expenses and accounts payable.
•Assist in the processing of cash advances and of monitoring the same.
•Assist in the timely processing of replenishment of funds (petty cash fund) and liquidation of expenses.
•Assist in the releasing of cheques to suppliers, including preparation and issuance of WTC.
•Assist in the preparation of statutory reports such as VAT, EWT, SSS, PHIC and HDMF.
•Assist in the proper filing of accounting documents and records.
•Perform other tasks as may be required by the Finance Manager.
