Endless Rise, Inc. requires a full time Social Media Manager to work in Social Media Optimization, Online Reputation Management, and other social media-related projects. The Social Media Manager’s main role will be to handle the Social Media Department and liaise between clients & vendors to ensure projects are completed on time & within budget.
Responsible for : •Managing and handling all resellers’ SMO, ORM and other related social media campaigns
•Ensuring that the Social Media Department deliverables are met not only on time but according to the standards set by the company
•Managing all social media-related client communications
•Addressing/troubleshooting issues with clients or client requests
•Monitoring the Social Media Department 's output, ensuring that new/optimized procedures are properly implemented and executed and the desired results are achieved
•Continuous research on and testing of the latest social media trends and tools
•Spearheading the creation and optimization of the Social Media Department's workflow based on the latest, most effective social media techniques and strategies
•Collaborating with the Top Management in order to train employees for the successful implementation of the optimized/created procedures
