1. Can conceptualize, write, edit and produce production videos and commercials for both in-house properties and other clients
2. Has an understanding of basic Video and other Multimedia Production formal standards, technical specifications, production techniques, best practices, and overall video and multimedia design philosophy
3. Has interest in live action direction
4. Must be able to demonstrate own creative ability, initiative and positive attitude
5. Must be able to work with the design group to create great-looking videos
6. Ability to write extremely good American/British English and can ensure quality of script by editing language and content
7. Has strong conceptual thinking and editing skills
8. Has advanced skills in using MS Office and Internet Applications, including Social Media and other similar trends like blogs, forums, etc.
9. A good sense of Quality Control, clear presentation skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
