Full Time Customer Service Representative



Clients owns a distance education and training provider that provides 100 courses.

Guidance and training will be provided. Long term employment for the right candidate. Client wants top candidates that match his criteria. Midlevel to advanced level is highly preferred.

Possible work schedule: Night shift, 8PM - 5AM MNL timezone

Skill(s) / Requirements
* Excellent command of the English language; neutral accent
* Someone who is reliable, honest and hardworking
* Must have an enthusiastic character
* Ability to multi-task
* Professional telephone and writing manners
* Good computer and fast typing skills



Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and email inquiries from prospective students
* Customer support (student admin such as billing and processing admin requests)
* Process student enrolments
* Executive marketing-related tasks
* General ad-hoc duties as requested by the client/management
