Responsibilities:
> Conducts physical count in warehouse on a monthly basis
> Prepares inventory - related reports for management
> Inventory forecasting, planning and analysis
> Daily update of Inventory database based on sales to date
> Responsible in sending of accurate Goods Available for Sale
> House cleaning and Database reconciliation
> Responsible in office supplies maintenance and distribution
> Filing and Documentation with regards to Issuance and Receiving of Goods
> Checking and verification of all shipments/ arrivals in warehouse
> Responsible in appropriate untagging and untagging of units per customers
> Tracking of all documented transaction in Database
> Preparation of all needed data to be input in SAP
> Responsible in check and balance of actual unit in database
Qualifications:
. At least 2 years relevant experience in warehouse and inventory
management activities
. College graduate preferably in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking/
Management Accounting or other related fields
. Knowledge in Inventory analysis and cycle count
. Good communication and written skills
. Proficient in MS Office applications especially MS Excel
. Must be highly analytical, keen on details and good with numbers
. Highly trainable and results - oriented
. Exposed to multi- tasking environment
. Willing to work in Makati
