- Analysis of advances to officers and employees account, checking of liquidation and validation of supporting documents, facilitate clearance processing of resigned employee.
- Process request for official dispatch and allowances, request for cash advances, and reimbursements.
- Preparation of management report and assistance in preparation of financial statements.
- Preparation of payment slip, tax computation and returns.
- Handles treasury functions.
Job Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledgeable in GAAP & Accounting Standards and with approximately three (3) years of relevant experience in various areas of Accounting and Treasury
- Preferably Female with working experience in an auditing firm
- Knowledge in tax laws and regulations for proper tax compliance and processing of government reportorial requirements (BIR, Local Government Unit, SSS, Pag-ibig & Philhealth)
- With good communication and interpersonal skills, good in documentation, hardworking, patient and can work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in the use of Oracle systems & applications is an advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
