Team Lead - HR International Organizational Management


Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Business, Management or Human Resource
• 5 years plus experience in HR Organizational Management, Lifecycle Management, and Payroll.
• 3 years plus HR Shared Service or BPO industry experience
• Advanced level of English written and verbal
• Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Excellent People Management Skills
• Able to work independently with a minor need of guidance
• MS Excel, Word, Lotus notes, SAP and general computer skills required
Responsibilities:
• Deliver defined services and act as 1st escalation level for process execution
• Learn processes for new services offered by the HR SSC (e.g. work shadowing during roll-in phase)
• Clarify non-standard inquiries with local/regional Process Leader or Global Process Owner and coordinate project work (if required)
• Organize work schedule planning and ensuring service continuity according to service commitment and SLAs
• Continuously identify potential and self-initiatively improving the existing processes
• Responsible for organizing receiving, dispatching and clarifying orders within the team
• Team development: Organizing the team, planning resources, recruiting, coaching, training and developing the team
• Monitoring the activities and measuring performance
