- Conducts Induction and Orientation Training, Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS), Operational Leadership: The Journey, and delivers instruction on Anti-piracy Course
- Facilitates CBT trainings of seafarers
- Assists/facilitates training on Safety Management Course
- Conducts training on Onboard Safety Officer Course
- Prepares training materials prior to delivery of training
- Understudy the responsibilities of the Training Manager and support him in discharging his duties
- Maintain quality standards in the development, delivery, assessment of courses.
Requirements:
- Male, not older than 40 years old
- Experienced deck or engine officer in sea-going vessel.
- Preferably with teaching experience and has undergone Instructor's Training course -- capable of delivering instructions/lectures and facilitate trainings
- Experience in LNG vessels or has undergone LNG training a strict REQUIREMENT
- Demonstrates teamwork, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, time management, project management and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Willing to work in Makati City
