PPC Campaign Manager

We are looking for the BEST of the BEST… PPC Campaign Manager
purePASSIONATE is the fastest growing division of Big Bad Elk Inc. and its ecommerce growth rate is performing higher than the industry average for online adult retailers.
Reporting to the Executive VP of Marketing at purePASSIONATE, the PPC Campaign Manager is a senior key member of the Marketing Team responsible for driving website traffic, maximizing the lead-conversion rates and liaising in order to reach and exceed set objectives. Moreover, as a marketing specialist, they will be required to manage PPC campaigns on Google, Bing/Yahoo, Facebook and others. The ultimate measure of performance will be the ability to successfully generate a significant volume of conversions and create/grow sales and profit.


Overview:

* Create and manage PPC accounts/campaigns in Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, and Microsoft adCenter.
* Conduct keyword research and create lists of targeted search terms that are relevant to clients’ websites and business.
* Write ad copy and or work with copy writers to design keyword targeted copy
* Establish bidding strategies based on business goals and targets
* Provide bid and ad management/optimization on a regular basis to achieve maximum efficiency.
* Analyze PPC campaign results and adjust advertising strategy
* Manage clients’ budgets and keep PPC campaigns within these budgets
* Communicate with management on a regular basis to discuss expectations/goals, provide consulting, and deliver reports
* Communicate with team members to share knowledge and help solve problems
* Develop PPC strategies to improve/expand PPC campaigns and achieve maximum efficiency

Requirements:

* Deep knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click advertising model.
* 2-4 years experience of successful PPC management
* Experience with keyword research tools and ability to use these tools to setup/expand PPC campaigns (it includes ability to use keyword matching options and negative keywords)
* Experience with web analytics tools and ability to use analytics data to improve PPC campaigns
* Ability to follow changes in Paid Search Marketing industry than adjust PPC strategy

Additional Assets:

* Google AdWords Advertising Professional Certification would be an asset
* Yahoo! Sponsored Search Ambassador Certification would be asset
* Membership of recognized SEM organizations (SEMPO, IIMA, etc)
* Experience with advanced bid monitoring and management tools
* General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Web Usability Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and others
* Ability to work and communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development teams and present ideas and project deliverables effectively
* Ability to manage priorities and work load to meet critical project deadlines
* Strong organizational skills, able to work under minimal supervision and self-motivated
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
