Primary Functions:
- conducts regular training programs of sales recruits
- prepares and monitors training programs
Secondary Functions:
- conducts or updates market research on the real estate industry
- assists in formulating marketing strategies as required by top management
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, 21 years old and above
- Must be a graduate of any Business or Communications course
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Must be willing to do field work
- Must be a team player with a "can-do"attitude
