Hula Girl Products is a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of Hawaiian themed items is in search of an intelligent, dynamic and creative individual who has a strong background in client management and organizational skills to join our team. Our offices are located in Makati. This is not a call center position.
Responsibilities:
• Account servicing - presenting a portfolio to prospective and existing clients, attending international trade shows., meeting with clients.
• Preparing quotations and proposals, scheduling factory production
• Coordinating with sales persons, artists, designers, factories and photographers to ensure schedules and requirements are met
• Preparing and implementing marketing plans and purchase orders
• Maintaining a data base of clients and monitoring our sales activities with them
• Promoting the works of our creative team locally and internationally
• Flexible working hours, knowledge of QuickBooks
• Full-Time me position available
Requirements:
• Single, Male or Female, not more than 40 years old/ Ability to travel internationally
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business udies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent
• Computer-savvy
• Can deal with different kinds of people / personalities
• Good negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Charming, cheerful, creative and intelligent
• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision; self-motivated
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to compose professionally constructed documents using MS Office.
