Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Process calls to effectively meet customer needs within established productivity
goals and turnaround times

• Follow established guidelines in providing customers accurate information using
various system tools.

• Meet the service, quality and quantity standards set by Management

• Update client information on the system as required

• Escalate issues to Management to ensure customer expectations are met when
standard procedures are inadequate in meeting specific needs

• Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy, responsiveness and creativity to ensure customer
satisfaction

• Network throughout the organization to engage supporting units in delivering
solutions



QUALIFICATIONS:



* Must be 2-yr vocational course graduate or at least 2 years in college, or
even high school graduates provided with good to excellent communication skills
* 750 full time positions available.
* Must have strong sense of customer service.
* Must have good comprehension skills.
* Must have the ability to withstand call center pressure.
* Must be willing to work on a shifting schedules.
* Must be willing to start IMMEDIATELY!!!
* Call center experience is an advantage, but not required.
