
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Process calls to effectively meet customer needs within established productivity goals and turnaround times
• Follow established guidelines in providing customers accurate information using various system tools.
• Meet the service, quality and quantity standards set by Management
• Update client information on the system as required
• Escalate issues to Management to ensure customer expectations are met when standard procedures are inadequate in meeting specific needs
• Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy, responsiveness and creativity to ensure customer satisfaction
• Network throughout the organization to engage supporting units in delivering solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
* Preferably with at least 2-year/Bachelor's/Computer Degree in
Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, IT or
equivalent.
* Must have a strong background in DSL networking, computer
troubleshooting and computer maintenance.
* Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
* Must be willing to work on holidays and shifting schedules.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence
status.
