QUALIFICATIONS:
•Candidates must at least 2-year/Bachelor's/Computer Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
•Experienced working in a call center industry as a Technical Support Representative is a plus but not required.
•Must have a strong background in DSL networking, computer troubleshooting and computer maintenance.
•Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
•Must be willing to work on holidays and shifting schedules.
•Candidates must be willing to work in Makati City.
•Candidates should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
