
Qualification:
The successful candidate will be tasked to supervise a team of technical helpdesk agents and should be able to meet the desired service level and customer satisfaction.
Graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, BSIT or other related fields.
Must have strong personality and have solid experience in people management.
Experience in a service center and/or call center type of environment is an advantage.
Good background in the following is an advantage: installation and troubleshooting of PC, Laptops, printers and peripherals, routers, switches and hubs, modems and other LAN facilities
Must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
