• Proven design experience in a user-centred design and interactive environment
• Strong conceptual ability - you thrive on delivering big interactive ideas and can bring content to life
• An exceptional ideas-led portfolio that demonstrates creative flair, versatility and imagination
• A real problem solver, you have the ability to think strategically and holistically across business issues related to digital innovation
• A high level of communication and reasoning ability - you pitch and sell your ideas with passion
