Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of Customs Administration or any business management related course
Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding
Computer literate
Main Responsibilities:
Organise and lead the Air Export team (3 persons)
Coordination with local suppliers (Truck, Processing, Airlines) to ensure high quality of the shipments
Monitor billing from local suppliers (Truck, IATA)
Ensure data are entered in the operation system timely and accurately from pre-alert to billing
Ensure SOP are enforced and KPI are met
Ensure overall quality and timely handling of the shipment
