Senior Freight Customer Service Officers

Basic Requirements:
Graduate of any business management related course
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in customer service of a freight forwarding company or related-business
Experience in - Shipment monitoring for all activities (Import/Export, Air/Sea, Customs and local deliveries) is an advantage


Overview of Tasks:
Ensure high level of satisfaction from our Clients.
Shipment coordination between the company’s network, Operation and Sales team
Responsible for pricing as per customer requirements and expectation in cooperation with management
Prepare regular shipment monitoring report
