* Able to monitor/supervise multiple number of subcontractor's performance against project target forecast completion
* Able to organize and perform civil works quality audit as per design and specification standards
* Able to evaluate and make appropriate recommendations to improve quality and performance of subcontractor's workmanship (KPI)
* Supervise and coordinate subcontracted scope of works with regards to required civil works activities to ensure project is complied as per scope, cost and time
* Manage daily communication, being the point of contact of subcontractor and Vendors representative on site for the changes/variations and issues/resolutions on the actual site build up
* Prepares report as required
* Proven track record of supervising civil works and site acceptance deliveries for Vendor/Telecom Operator, sound knowledge of telecom industry working best practice, norms and compliance requirements with regards to civil works deliveries
* Knowledge with the requirements of Health and Safety Practice on site.
* Computer literate
* Required Education - BS Civil Engineering
