• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Worker,must be board passer
• Background in individual and group behavior as well as family relationships and theory
• Knowledge of psychosocial methods and sources
• Knowledgeable of child protection laws; rights and the juvenile justice system
• Entry Level or at least one (1) year experience in an institution for children
