Responsibilities:1. Research and understand product attributes to write detailed marketing copy for newspaper to include press releases, TV, Radio, outdoor, collateral direct mail and website
2. Translate material into clear, concise and reader friendly copy while balancing creativity and business objectives
3. Work with the team to ensure copy, tone and style is consistent with and compliment company brand, style and messaging.
4. Develop great ideas with Art Director partners, while anticipating and planning for property marketing team reactions and feedback
5. Schedule and maintains TV, Radio and print traffic instructions and facilitates the timely delivery of new material to all direct purchase media vendors
6. Work with outside production studios to ensure the highest quality product
7. Must possess strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
8. Support the Art Director and property marketing teams in developing communications to internal and external customers
9. Copy write for event related tasks to include: concept, program flow, sequence / spiel guide, script
10. Other task that may be assigned from time to time
Job Specifications:· Able to conceptualize, write clear, compelling advertising copy
· Adept in preparing spiels and script for T.V, print, radio, events and other below-the-line activity features and sponsorship materials
· Proficient in all computer software and applications particularly in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
